윤활조건에 따른 기초실험을 통한 유성기어 감속기의 마이크로-피팅 수명에 관한 예측 및 실험

초록

Planetary gear reducers are devices that increase the driving force produced by the motor while reducing speed. Planetary gear reducers are used in a wide range of construction machinery, automobiles, aircraft need a lighter. It is also widely used in parts that require high precision. The planetary gear has a ring gear, which is an external inner gear, and the planetary gears that mesh with the ring gear are arranged. And, It is composed of a sun gear connected to the shaft and engaged with the planetary gear. Wear inside the reducer may cause noise and vibration, causing precision-related problems. This study compares the damage and durability of planetary gear reducers according to the condition of the lubricants and to ensure the reliability of the gears while preventing damage to the internal gears through optimized lubricants. For this purpose, basic tests of lubricant are carried out. The friction coefficient and wear amount according to the kind of the lubricating oil is calculated from the test. The influence of lubricant was inferred based on the friction coefficient and the amount of wear, and the effects of the lubricant on the actual planetary gear reducer were investigated through the durability test.
