LED 조명의 열방출 개선을 위한 핀 구조 히트싱크 설계 및 전산모사

초록

LED lamp has thermal problems that are still a bottleneck to limit the stability, reliability, and lifetime of LEDs. In this paper, we present a suitable pin-type heat sink system and thermal analysis of LED lamp for enhancing thermal emission. So, we design the many kind of heat sink as the number and size of pins. And we simulate the LED lamp applied each heat sink. Temperature of the LED junction decreased because of heat sink with pins. The pin’s number is 25pcs and size is 4mm x 4mm x 12mm for optimal heat sink.
