Differential diagnosis of gallbladder wall thickening by two phase spiral CT: Gallbladder carcinoma vs cholangitis

초록

Gallbladder carcinoma and cholecystits showed different features of wall thickness, enhancement patternm and intrahepatic ductal dilatation on two phase spiral CT. Findings of liver invasion, lyph node enlargment, and distant metastasis strongly suggested gallbladder carcinoma.
