에폭시복합물에 의한 몰드변압기 열전달 특성 연구

초록

This type unit was a dry type transformer with solid cast winding of epoxy resin. In this paper, the thermal constants of mixing materials such as low voltage winding block in a resin cast transformer were settled by comparing the results of commercia software using F. E. M. and performing thermal tests on a 50-kVA cast-resin transformer with imbedded thermocouples. An analysis on thermal transfer characteristics of Mold-transformer was presented. The thermal constants of mixing materials as low voltage winding block in a resin cast transformer were set by comparing the simulation results using velocity on the thermal distribution of Mold-transformer was simulated.
