스파 플랫폼 무어링 라인의 구조안전성 진단 절차에 대한 연구

초록

Offshore platforms are designed to continue to operate without structural failure during its service life which is more than 20 years. Due to the uncertainties involved in the design process, the monitoring and maintenance are very important in order to avoid the catastrophic failure of the structure during the operation. In line with this, the concept of condition based maintenance is spotlighted owing to its cost effectiveness as well as reliability. This paper presents the diagnosis procedure for the structural integratity of the mooring lines of a spar plaform as a starting activity within the entire CBM framework. The overall procedures are proposed in conceptural way which is composed of several substeps such as data gathering, filtering and processing together with diagnosis parameter extraction. It also covers some of the prognosis process because the prediction on the future is deeply related to the diagnosis of current status. Moreover, full scale measurement data of a spar platform that has been operated in GOM are presented. The mooring tension, motion response and current data are statistically processed and efforts have been made to characterize the actually response of the mooring lines under operation.
