MZ세대를 위한 한국 전통주머니 모티프의 텍스타일 패턴과 패션문화상품 개발

초록

This study aimed to develop Korean casual fashion products for the Generation MZ market by modernizing Korean traditional pouch motifs. In the research the shapes, colors, and patterns of Korean traditional pouch motifs were analyzed, deriving design elements suitable for modern fashion. Six patterns were created by simplifying and transforming existing motifs, applying them to T-shirts using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D CLO for simulation, with the final designs incorporating Generation MZ's color preferences while preserving traditional symbolism. The results demonstrated the successful fusion of tradition and modernity, offering practical, stylish, and culturally meaningful fashion items. Such an approach strengthens the global competitiveness of Korean fashion and highlights the value of traditional culture in contemporary design.
