인터넷 기반의 위치확인 시스템 개발

초록

In this paper we deal with the implementation of position location system based on Internet and propose a system design and software program for internet based position location system. The overall system designed in this paper consists of INMARSAT(International Maritime Satellite), GPS(Global Positioning System), LES(Land Earth Station), packet data communication system, GIS(Geographic Information System) and Internet. The developed software system is composed of LES calling procedure, SQL data base, position data decoding, ArcView application program. This paper concludes with the real-time experiment of the implemented system.
