초록

Conductive carbon fiber/high density polyethylene(CF/HDPE) films were fabricated on the basis of noble Electron-Ion Technology (EIT) which utilizes charging, transport and deposition of particulate materials under high intensity electric fields. In this process, polymer sublayer thickness and CF layer density are two improtant parameters that affect the properties of the resulting film. Electrical and mechanical measurements conducted on the films with different CF content and CF layer density indicated that the optimum film thickness existed in the range 50-120um where the film with conductivity 7 S/cm and tensile strength 39 MPa can be obtained
