초록
In this paper, we intended to establish the basic technology for piezoelectric and pyroelectric application, through investigating mechanism of electrical conduction for Poly(vinylidene fluoride)[PVDF,-(-CH2-CF2-)-] thin films prepared by physical vapor deposition (PVD) method. Specimens were prepared by PVD method with PVDF pellets(Aldrich Chem. Co., Poly Vinylidene Fluoride). And then, upper and lower electrodes were evaporated with Al in vacuum. Electrical conduction currents were measured with picoammeter(Keithley, 487 Picoammeter/Voltage source) interfaced to the PC. Experimental apparatus was shielded with shielding box for the purpose of reducing surrounding electrostatic effects. Electrical conduction currents of α and β type PVDF at temperatures of 30-90oC were measured as a function of electric field in the range of 25-1000kV/cm for 1200sec.
