Relative Deprivation in Human Capital Investment in Urban Poor and Middle Class Households in inchon, Korea

This study examined factors associated with the level of relative deprivation in human capital investment using a sample of 335 households in inchon, Korea. Regression results indicated levels of deprivation in human capital investment were significantly higher for older household heads or residents of the poor resedential class. household heads with higher education levels or households with a higher level of nonasset income had significantly lower levels of deprivation in human capital investment.
