World Meteorological Organization (WMO) declared 2023 as the “hottest year in history” with 1.40 increase. Overshooting risks over 1.50C within 10 years Is it feasible to keep under 1.50C increase? → Wrong question! In order to find out the way, COP 28 held in Dubai, UAE on Nov.30~Dec. 12, 2023, to evaluate Global Stocktake (GST),overview for last five yrs. If all pledges are accomplished, 1.7?2.1°C ↑ in 2100, but the world is not on track!!! Global emissions must peak by the year 2025 Over climate change to climate crisis, what should we do?
