VLSI Photonics: Nano-Photonic Integration using Metamaterials, Plasmonic, Photonic Crystal Devices and Nano-Optics

This lecture presents an overview of our frontier research on the science and engineering of nano-optical integratin of diverse devices and structures that we have been pursuing at the OPERA National Research Center for VLSI photonics.
