초록
In this paper, a pilot allocation (PA) scheme based on genetic algorithm (GeA) has been proposed to cope with the pilot contamination problem and increase the system transmission rate in massive multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) system. For this scheme, the maximum system sum rate is used as the objective function to assign the pilot sequences based on the global search method. The GeA based PA scheme is able to acquire better performance compared with the other schemes based on the local search method, like the greedy algorithm (GA). Simulation results and performance analysis show the efficiency of the proposed scheme. Meanwhile, it reduces the computational complexity and achieves acceptable performance compared with the exhaustive method which obtains the optimal solution.
