Serum testoterone levels in men with chronic obstructive pulmoanry diseases with or without glucocorticoid therapy

Glucocorticoid therapy in elderly male patients with COPD may contribute to testosterone deficiency. In elderly male patients with COPD receiving oral corticosteroid therapy, a study for testosterone deficiency and replacement should be considered.
