Co-Design of e-Health Systems based on International e-Health Trends

Nowadays e-Health brings solutions to health care world. Thus, Sweden has started an e-Health trend since 2008 to utilize these solutions via NPÖ as the first country in EU. Since now, the result has been some concrete systems leading to some challenges. However, in case of USA, UK and Korea Rep, they developed kinds of system but still they have problems with integration and satisfying the desire of citizens. In order to deal with these problems, Co-design has been proposed in this paper. Besides, the empirical study is based on qualitative methods including case study and interviews. DCP (a research project) which has used co-design is considered as a prototype in this paper. E-Co and 3-dimensional model are studied to evaluate the e-Services. In addition, some interviews are done with a developer who has been involved with co-design in the Scandinavian developer conference and with a specialist in health informatics area. Finally, in argumentation part, we attempt to answer to major questions about co-designing e-health system along with questions about NPÖ, NHS and DCP.
