고효율 열펌프에서 하이드로카본 혼합냉매의 성능 평가

초록

In this study, pure and mixtures composed of R1270(Propylene), R290(Propane) were tested in a breadboard heat pump with scroll compressor in an attempt to substitute R502 used in most of the low temperature refrigerating applications. The heat pump was of 3.5 kW(1 RT) capacity and water was employed as the secondary heat transfer fluids. All tests were conducted high efficiency super heat pump conditions. All refrigerants in this study were shown to have 14-37.9% higher capacity and 27.2-30.4% higher COP than R502. Although R1270 was shown to have 37.9% higher capacity, work is 8.5% higher than R502. Therefore COP was similar to other tested refrigerants. Finally the compressor discharge temperature of tested refrigerants are much lower than R502, indicating that these refrigerants would offer better system reliability and longer life time than R502.
