We desined technitium-99m labeled RGD glycopeptide (glucosamino-([99mTc]Tc)-Asp-Lys-Arg-Gly-Asp-D-Phe as a diagnostic tumor imaging agent for SPECT. The target peptide was prepare using a solid support coupling protocol.
