초록
Retroperitoneal teratomas, which were found occasionall in children but very rarely in adults, occur mainly at the upper pole of left kidney and dignosed after they grow very enormously. Authors experienced on case of about 20 cm retroperitoneal teratoma, which happened to 30-year-old woman at the left pole of kidney.
