A case of subcutaneous catheter laceration in CAPD patient

Leakage of peritoneal dialysis(PD) is related to the catheter implantation technique, trauma, and/or patient-related anatomical abnormalities. 28 Y.O. woman, started CAPD withlaparotomic omemtectomy catheter insertion. But late leakage was founded due to ctheter laceration near external cuff in subcutaneous tunnel.
