재조합Excherichia coli를 이용한 수용액상에서의 Cadnium의 선택적제거

초록

Recombinant Escherichia coli JM109(pZH3-5, pMT)harvoring Cd2+ transport gene and metallothioneine gene, accumulated Cd2+ at low concentration (ppm). Kinetic study showed Michaelis-Menten type during accumulation, with Vm (2.26 μmol Cd2+ / (min·g dry cell weight)) and Km (0.667μM). Maximum amount of Cd2+ accumulated, showed Langmuir-type isotherm with q max ( 22.37 μmol Cd2+ / g dry cell weight) and constant b (0.1742 μM). Accumulation of Cd2+ varied on pH and temperature. Manganese showed inhibitory effect on Cd2+ uptake.
