Pressure Control of a Piezoactuator-Driven Vlave System

This paper presents a pressure control of a pneumatic valve system activated by the piezoactuator. After manufacturing the valve system, a sliding mode controller is designed to track desired pressure. The controller is implemented and pressure tracking results for various trajectories are presented in time domain.
