We investigated the optical properties of indium tin oxide (ITO) nanograting hyperbolic metamaterials (HMMs) and present a broadband absorption behavior of the ITO nanograting HMMs that exploit epsilon-near-zero and epsilon-near-pole resonances in near-infrared wavelength region. © OSA 2019 © 2019 The Author(s)
