Efficient construction of 1,2,3-triazole library using by microwave assisted reaction.

초록

Huisgen’ 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of alkynes and azides yielding triazoles is a prominent example of click chemistry reactions. The heterocyclic triazole structure as the field of medicinal chemistry can be shown a wide range of biological activity. In general, the harsh condition such as high temperature and long reaction time could be required for the preparation of 1,2,3 triazole ring structure.
