초록

This study seeks for the way how to signify the new sense of place in today's information society. The main goal of he study is to seek the way how to transfer information surveillance that used to be pointed out as the defect of information society, into the positive source for recovery of the public through an investigation of the relationship between a gaze and the public in the modern city. The study argues how to embody "a Gaze's Immanence in Spatiality" of Panopticon in cooperation with the networking infrastructures and hybrid places.
