Soft lithography has been applied for micro and nano patterning and various methods have been proposed such as imprint process or metal transfer printing. Anti-sticking layer is often used on the mold surface to reduce adhesion to the materials and to increase its durability.1-4) In this study, thin metal patterns are transferred from a polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) mold to flexible substrates, polyethylene terephthalate (PET).
