WDM 및 OTDM방식을 이용한 다층구조 광가입자망

초록

International Telecommunication Union(ITU) recommends G.984 Giabit-capable Passive Optical Networks (GPON). Access networks will be upgraded to gigabit-capable networks. Comparing with WDM-PON, TDM-PON has narrow bandwidth. So, we propose multilayer optical subcarrier networks using WDM and OTDM(Optical Time Division Multiplexing), and optimize fiber length and average propagation delay.
