Store Separation Analysis on Parallel Computing Environment

초록

A store separation analysis program known as MSAP(Multibody Separation Analysis Program) has been parallelized using the message-passing interface(MPI) standard. Efforts are made for an efficient parallelization of chimera grid assembly as well as the CFD solution procedure. For the efficient chimera grid assembly, chimera hole cutting and donor cell search are done independently on each processors, This approach increases the memory requirement for the grid storage, but completely eliminates the communications between processors during the chimera grid construction. Computational example of well-known Eglin Wing+Pylon+Store benchmark problem is selected to demonstrate the efficiency of the present method.
