전산유체역학 정보 기반 스풀 변위 보상 유량 정밀 제어에 관한 실험적 연구

초록

This paper is about basic research results on precise flow control of hydraulic mobile or hydraulic robot control system. The main control valve of hydraulic system is most important component which determines the direction and the flow of a working fluid. Several spool valves in MCV control various hydraulic actuators according to the displacement of the spool moved by a lever or a joystick. In this study, in order to improve operation performance, the flow characteristics that may change according to the opening displacement of a notch installed on the end of the spool valve are mapped into a data surface via Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)analysis and experimental data. Numerical analysis of this study is performed by using FLUENT 18.1, a commercial CFD software program. The displacement of the spool was precisely controlled by using a nozzle flapper type, servo valve, and a feedback controller was designed and implemented by using open source hardware, Arduino Uno (Atmega128). In this study, possibility is confirmed of control which uses CFD analysis data in low cost. It is expected that the proposed method of flow control using the interpolated data surface will be useful who develop a hydraulic-driven robot control with an improved accuracy within the operation performance in the future.
