초록

As the hazardous impact of fine particulate matter to the human health becomes widely recognized, the importance of research about analysis of particulate matter has been increased. Among them, single particle analysis can provide complex physicochemical properties of individual particles and help to identify particle formation mechanisms and origins. Furthermore, conducting single particle analysis at various altitudes can provide better comprehension of influence of meteorological conditions on atmospheric particles. Therefore, in this study, we developed a rotating cascade impactor for capturing airborne particles in multiple times. Particles were collected both at upper and ground level by utilizing drones and subsequently single particle analysis was performed. Additionally, wind direction and speed sensor was also installed to obtain information of meteorological conditions. Raman spectroscopy and SEM-EDX were equipped for single particle analysis, characterizing chemical bond and elemental composition of particles respectively. As a result, it is considered that particles transported from upwind regional area were dominated at both upper and ground level, exhibited homogeneous and heterogeneous mixing with other components as the atmosphere stagnated. However, It was found that the impact of the local surface was greater at the ground level than upper level.
