근접장 주사 광학 현미경을 이용한 생물 세포의 표면 측정 및 이미징

초록

In this study, the surface structure and the near-field distribution of bio-cells were measured with collection mode and reflection mode near-field scanning optical microscopes. From the measured near-field images, optical characteristics of cell-membrane could be analyzed.
