A High Efficiency LED Driver Circuit using Bridgeless Boost PFC and LLC Resonant Coverter

초록

The recent lighting industry is the focus of a LED lighting because its advantages such as low power consumption and long lifetime. A LED driving system must be well designed because it requires the high efficiency. This paper presents the two-stage LED driving system using the bridgeless boost PFC and the LLC resonant converter. The input current is distorted in a conventional boost PFC. To drive a LED lighting with the high efficiency, the LLC resonant converter is used. To verify the performance, the proposed system is confirmed by PSIM simulation.
