산업용 임베디드 HMI 시스템 개발

초록

In the industrial control system, HMI(Human to Machine Interface) is important factor to improve utilization of production. If new plant is established, new HMI should be applied. But it is inefficient to make new screen. As for this reason, Many HMI software have been released such as InTouch and CIMON. But they have some disadvantages such as limited operating system environment and unfamiliar script language. In this paper, we suggest a new system be enabled on multi OS environment such as Windows, Linux and MAC. Also, HMI editor was implemented using a isolated shell of Microsoft Visual Studio SDK and Qt framework. In addition, even if user don’t have any programming knowledge, it is easy to build HMI screen with drag & drop. The created screen can be downloaded and operated in an embedded Linux board. As a result, the user can easily configure and update the new screens.
