저압용 HIV의 열열화에 따른 조성변화 분석

초록

The weight decreases of the thermal deteriorated HIV were rapidly increased at 800℃ and over. At the results of the analysis of the metallurgical microscope photographs, the surface of the thermal deteriorated HIV at 300℃ was mixed with the elongated and original structures of Cu. But, the elongated structures could not detected at 900℃ and over. The surface structures of SEM were detected a lot of small rounded particles between crystals. The EDX spectra of the thermal deteriorated HIV at 300℃ were uniformly detected CuL, Cuk, Cukb, Ok and Clk, regardless of the scanning length, but the spectra of Clk could not found at 900℃. At the DTA analysis, the endothermic reactions were occurred at about 300℃ and 400℃, and the exothermic reactions were occurred at about 470℃, respectively.
