Potential of Unstable Diazoalkanes from [3+2] Cycloaddition Strategies between Linear N,N-Disilyl Enamine and Organic Azides
초록
We developed an efficient in-situ synthetic route to furnish non-stabilized diazoalkanes through B(C6F5)3 catalyzed hydrosilylation of conjugated nitriles, followed by the [3+2] cycloaddition reactions of linear N-silyl enamine with organic azides. Moreover, harnessing the versatility of these nonstabilized diazoalkanes, we have successfully generated a broad range of transformation products, achieving moderate to high yields. Notably, this process offers mild reaction conditions for diazoalkane formation, making it convenient, scalable, and thus highly suitable for applications in organic synthesis.
