Synthesis of Organic and Inorganic Halide Perovskite Materials and Their Electro-responsive Properties
초록
Perovskite-structured materials have been widely studied in fields of solar cells; however, their potential in electrorheology (ER) remains unexplored. In this study, six different halide perovskites were synthesized to evaluate their suitability as dispersants in ER fluids. Various physical and chemical analyses confirmed the successful formation of the halide perovskite structures. For ER application, each material was dispersed in silicone oil (3.0 wt%). Among the fluids, CsPbI3-based ER fluids exhibited the highest shear stress of 99.2 Pa, attributed to their rod-like morphology and favorable dielectric properties. Furthermore, the aspect ratios of CsPbI3 was controlled from 5 to 20 by altering the synthesis conditions. Notably, the CsPbI3-based ER fluid with the highest aspect ratio (~20) demonstrated the highest ER performance, achieving a shear stress of 127.5 Pa. These findings suggest that halide perovskites represent a promising new class of materials for ER applications. - 본 연구는 2025년도 정부(산업통상자원부)의 재원으로 한국산업기술진흥원의 지원을 받아 수행된 연구임(RS-2024-00417331) Keywords: Halide perovskites, Electro-responsive property, dielectric property, rod-like structure, CsPbI3
