초록
Postoperative pulmonary complication(PPC) is important for postoperative morbidity and mortality. It is most frequent in chest and upper abdominal surgery. PPC was significantly correlated with actual values of FEV1 and FVC. But there was no significant difference by MMFR and categories of pulmonary insufficiencies.
