쌍동이 빔 간섭의 응용

초록

An interferometric phase shift measurement using twin beams of arbitrary photon statistics is presented. Unlike conventional interferometric detection scheme where one measures output intensity variation, one can measure the dispertion of output photon number difference when one uses the input light of perfect photon correlation. A theoretical result shows that one can achieve 1/N sensitivity which goes much below the conventional 1/N^0.5 sensitivity limit, in a large input photon number case.
