시로코 홴 성능 및 소음 예측에 관한 연구

초록

The prediction method of performance and noise from a sirocco fan was analyzed in this paper. The performance prediction scheme applied the well-known slip coefficient to forward curved sirocco impellers. Using loss models for both impeller and diffuser, the performance characteristics were compared with measured ones by an ANSI test plenum. Various empirical models for noise from the sirocco fan were evaluated in terms of fan performance parameters. It was shown that the turbulent wide-band sound power can be modeled successfully by trailing edge noise.
