Analysis of dynamic behavior of shallow foundation considering Soil-Structure Interaction

초록

Simulating the boundary between the structure ground as an interface element is a necessary process for defining the dynamic behavior of the foundation, and the presence or absence of the interface element determines the behavior of when the shear load, or seismic load is applied. In particular, there are differences in displacement and strain at each position of the foundation according to Peak Ground Acceleration(PGA). Without the use of interface elements, excessive slippage between the structure and the ground is simulated, thus hindering economical design. Therefore, to identify shear behavior when seismic loads are applied to the foundation, this study compared the dynamic behavior of the foundation under the magnitude of earthquakes that may occur in Korea through the presence of interface elements and examined the dynamic stability.
