초록
Two different glasses, one for ground coat and the other for the bioactive cover coat, were applied to a titanium metal in order to produce bio-enamel. The bonding characteristics between titanium substrate and ground coat glass was examined, and the hydroxyapatite formation on the bioactive coat layer was also studied when reacted in simulated body fluids(SBF). Good adhesion of glass to the metal was observed when the ground coat was heat-treated at 900℃ in Ar atmosphere. When bioactive glass coat was fired at 850℃ for 3minutes, hydroxyapatite was developed on the cover coat.
