금 나노 입자를 이용하여 제작한 ZnO 나노로드의 특성

초록

ZnO nanorods are grown on ZnO seed layers witn Au nanoparticles by hydrothermal synthesis. The diameter and thelength of ZnO nanorods grwon in a fixed time increase for larger size of Au nanoparticles. The intensity in visible range enhanced due to zinc vacancy and oxygen vacancy in the early growth time of ZnO nanorods on Au particles.
