Salivary gland Choristoma of the middle ear

Choristoma is a mass of tissue histologically normal for an organ or part of the body other than the site at which it is located. A salivary choristoma ia an extremly uncommon timor in the middle ear spce. it appears to be a developmental abnormalityand may be asociated with abnormalities of adjacentstructures. It usually presents with unilateral conductive hearing loss which may be long standin. We presented a case of salivary gland choristoma of the middle ear.
