THz 주파수 영역과 가시광선 영역에서 Alq3 유기 반도체 박막의 광학 상수 측정

초록

The optiacl constants of Alq3 organic semiconductor thin films were measured at THz frequency and in the visible. Alq3 organic semiconductor was prepared by a thermal resistive method. To measure the optical constants, a coherent THz generation and detection method and a spectrophotometer were used. The measured optical constants of Alq3 semiconducting films at THz frequency were analyzed and compared with those in the visible.
