The success and sustainability of the healthcare provider depend on how effectively it adapts to the fast changing environmental factors such as diversity of customer needs, advancing medical technologies, and applications of new management systems. The purpose of this study is to develop a framework for the success factors of a technology-based service encounter in the healthcare industry based on a theoretical framework. This study presents new success factors of technology-based service encounters in healthcare services.
