초록
Aluminum alloy based three-layer clad sheets have been used as brazing fin stocks for automotive heat-exchange condensers, because aluminum alloy has a low density, high thermal conductivity and proper corrosion resistance. The condensers are typically produced by assembling aluminum alloy based brazing fins with multiport aluminum tubes using a brazing method. The brazing fins are generally composed of Al-Mn alloy core and Al-Si filler alloy claddings. In order to obtain a soundly jointed assembly of condenser, the brazing fin should have a good brazeability. In this study, the effects of the cold rolling parameters on the microstructure and brazeability were investigated on the three-layer clad sheets composed of Al-7.5wt%Si filler alloy (thickness: 10 μm) / Al-1.2wt%Mn based core alloy (80 μm) / Al-7.5wt%Si filler alloy (10 μm).
