초록
ZnO nanorods are grown on ZnO seed layers sputter-deposited with Au nanoparticles by hydrothermal synthesis. The diameter and length of ZnO nanorods grown in a fixed time increases for larger size of Au nanoparticles. The intensity in visible range enhanced due to zinc vacancy and oxygen vacancy in the early growth time of ZnO nanorods on Au nanoparticles.
