폐의 유두형 선암종의 세침흡인 세포학적 소견

초록

We report a case of fine needle aspiration cytologic findings of papillary adenocarcinoma of lung occurring in a 72-year-old man. The chest CT revealed a 2cm sized mass in the lung. The smear showed high cellularity, papillary clusters and isolated tumor cells exhibiting mild nuclear pleomorphism. In clusters the tumor cells were overlapped with relatively well distinct cell borders. On high power view, nuclear membrane was irregular and chromatin pattern was coarse. Histologically, the tumor was diagnosed as papillary adenocarcinoma
