초록
The mechanical behaviors of Al-3Si-2Mg-2Cu porous metal were studied by using 00 test . The characteristics stress-stain curves showed three regions: a linear elastic region, 00 where stress maintains a certain level regardless of stain and final densification region. 00 stress of plateau region was smooth and uniform after solution heat treatment, while 00 of the non-heat-treated showed peak value followed by a suddern drop. The difference between 00 flow stress level expains that the deformation mechanism is changed from brittle to ductile 00. The role of precipitate in the grains and grain boundaries was discussed with the help of 00 observation during solution treatment.
