초록

Abstract : The electromagnetic scattering from a bianiso- tropically coated cylinder is formulated by using the wave functions for bianisotropic media and the boundary-value method. The structure is infinite in length, and it is illuminated by a cylindrical wave. The problem is two de- mensional and the solutions to each polarization angles are presented. The validity of this solution is verified by comparing the numerical results with those in literature. The results for various geometrical and electrical para- meters on bistatic radar cross-section are presented.
