Cross-talk between Fibronectin and FGF1 associated with p21 in human chondrocytes

In chondrocytes, FGF inhibit chondrocytes proliferation by up-regulation of the cell-cycle inihibito p21. In this report, we first investigated the roles of Fn-mediated cell adhesion in the modulation of FGF1 anti proliferative function in chondrocytes.
